Stripe data in test mode does not count. Apple and Google report the payout after their commission, and that is the amount AppKonto counts.
When a month is over the limit
The limit is hard, but nothing is lost.
- The month stays importable and viewable.
- Approving, exporting, transferring to accounting software and the MCP export then need the higher plan.
- AppKonto never changes your plan automatically. An upgrade applies immediately and is prorated.
- A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period, and only if the last three closed months fit under the lower limit.
Trial, cancellation and access without a plan

- 14 days. A payment method is required to start, payment runs through Stripe Checkout.
- Cancellation
- Cancel monthly in the customer portal of Stripe. There you also manage payment method, invoices and VAT ID.
- Without a plan
- Imports, views, rules and the tester stay available. Approving, export and transfer are blocked until a plan is running.
- Sample data
- A company with sample data never needs a plan.
- Firms
- Every client company has its own plan. The same plans apply.
Pricing questions
What counts as monthly revenue?
All of a company's channels in one month together: for the App Store and Google Play the payout after Apple's or Google's commission (net method), for Stripe the net sales without VAT. Stripe data in test mode does not count.
What does AppKonto cost?
€49 per month up to €5,000 monthly revenue, €99 per month up to €25,000 and €199 per month above that without a limit, each per company, net plus VAT.
What happens if my revenue goes over the limit?
The month stays readable and checkable. Approval, export, transfer and MCP export are only possible after an upgrade. We do not switch you automatically.
Do I need a payment method for the trial?
Yes. The 14 days are free, a payment method is required to start. You can cancel in the customer portal before it ends.
How do I cancel?
Monthly, in the customer portal of Stripe. There you also manage payment method and invoices.
How are firms billed?
Per client, that is per company. The same plans apply. Questions about tiers for many clients are answered in the firm demo.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices are net plus VAT. Companies in the EU with a valid VAT ID can enter it in the customer portal.
