No tracking, no cookies

On this website we do not set cookies for tracking or advertising, we load no analytics or marketing tools, and we embed no external fonts, maps or videos. The typeface is served from our own server.

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered as a static website by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data, mainly the IP address, date and time, the requested address, the amount of data and the browser type, to deliver the pages and ensure security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation). Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Contact forms: firm demo and waiting list

If you submit the form “Demo for firms”, we process your name, firm, email address, the chosen number of app clients and your message to answer your request and arrange a demo. The data is sent over an encrypted connection to the Bytes & Pixels GmbH agent platform (agents-api.bytesandpixels.app) and stored there. For the internal notification about your request we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox, and the initiation of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. We delete your data once the request is handled and no statutory retention duties apply, at the latest on your request.

If you join the waiting list, we process your name, your email address and, if you give them, your company, your channels (App Store, Google Play, Stripe) and your approximate monthly revenue band. The purpose is to contact you by email as soon as your access to AppKonto is ready. Processors and transmission are the same as for the firm form (agent platform of Bytes & Pixels GmbH, Resend for the internal notification). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We delete your data once the purpose is fulfilled and no statutory retention duties apply, at the latest on your request.

A hidden field in the forms protects against automated submissions. It holds no value for people.

Links to the application

Links to app.appkonto.com (log in and trial) lead to another website. Only there, after your click, is data sent to the application.
